Go to CycleSave → Groups to see all your savings groups in one table. Each row shows the group name, contribution amount, frequency, member count, current round, visibility, status, and quick actions.
Group Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Accepting new members. No rounds have started yet. |
| Ordering | Group is full. Admin needs to set the payout order. |
| Active | Rounds are running. Members are contributing and payouts are being disbursed. |
| Paused | Admin has temporarily paused the group. No rounds advance. |
| Completed | Every member has received their payout. The cycle is finished. |
Creating a New Group
Click Add New Group and fill in the following:
- Group Name — the name members will see (e.g. “January Savings Circle”)
- Slug — URL-friendly version, auto-generated
- Contribution Amount — the fixed amount each member pays per round
- Currency — defaults to your plugin-wide currency but can be changed per group
- Frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
- Maximum Members — how many people can join (equals the total number of rounds)
- Visibility — Public (listed in directory) or Private (invite-only)
- Description — optional text shown on the join page
- Grace Period (hours) — 0–168 hours after the due date a member can still pay
