Contributions
CycleSave → Contributions lists every individual contribution payment across all groups. You will see the member name, group, round number, amount, payment gateway, transaction reference, status, and date.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payment initiated but not yet confirmed by the gateway |
| Success | Payment confirmed by a gateway webhook or manual verification |
| Failed | Payment was rejected by the gateway or timed out |
For bank transfer contributions, the status stays as “Pending” until you manually confirm receipt.
Payments
CycleSave → Payments is a broader view of all payment transactions — including subscription sign-ups, one-time payments, and failed attempts. Think of it as the reconciliation and audit trail for all money that moves through CycleSave.
