Bank Transfer
A simple offline payment method that requires no external account. When a member chooses bank transfer at checkout, they see your bank details and are asked to transfer manually. The admin then confirms receipt in the Contributions panel.
Setup: Enter your bank details in Settings → Payments → Bank Transfer — Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number, Routing/Sort Code, and any additional instructions.
Store Payment
An admin-only gateway for recording payments made outside the platform — cash collected at meetings, POS terminal payments, or transfers made through channels outside CycleSave. No external API is involved. The admin enters the payment details and the contribution is marked accordingly.
This is especially useful for in-person savings groups or as a fallback when other gateways are not available.
