Members can cancel their recurring payment subscription from the My Groups tab:
- Find the group card.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- A confirmation dialog asks: “Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription for [group name]?”
- Click Yes, Cancel.
What Happens After Cancelling
- The subscription is cancelled at the payment gateway (Stripe, Paystack, etc.).
- No further automatic payments will be charged.
- The member’s subscription record is marked as Cancelled.
- The member stays in the group until the admin removes them manually — this gives the admin a chance to sort out next steps.
