The Wallet System adds an in-built balance account to every group member. Members can pre-load funds, have contributions auto-deducted when due, and receive payouts directly to their wallet — reducing late payments and simplifying group management.

How to set up

    Enable the Wallet addon

    Activate Wallet in CycleSave Pro → Extensions. A "Wallet" tab appears in the member dashboard and a "Wallets" section appears in the admin panel.

    Members top up their wallet

    Members can top up their CycleSave wallet balance using any active payment gateway. The balance is stored and available for future contributions.

    Auto-deduction on contribution due date

    When a contribution falls due, CycleSave automatically deducts the amount from the member's wallet balance — no manual payment step needed.

  4. 4
    Payouts credited to wallet

    When a member's payout turn arrives, the payout amount is credited to their wallet. They can then withdraw it to their bank account or leave it for future contributions.
