How to set up

  1. 1
    Enable PDF Receipts

    Activate the Receipt addon in CycleSave Pro → Extensions. A "Receipts" section appears in CycleSave → Settings.

    Configure receipt template

    Customise the receipt header, footer, and fields from CycleSave → Settings → Receipts. Add your organisation name, logo URL, and contact details.

  3. 3
    Receipts sent automatically

    After each successful contribution, a PDF receipt is generated and emailed to the member. No manual action required.
